• By using this website, you are indicating your agreement to abide by these Terms and Conditions.  LookWhoILove.com may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.  Your continued use of this website following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions will signify your acceptance of said changes.

“PURCHASING” AND MANAGING PIXELS

• A “pixel” is one of the thousands of tiny dots that emit light on a computer monitor’s screen;  groups or collections of pixels allow for the display of text and images to the user.
• Pixels on LookWhoILove.com are leased, not sold.  The use of terms such as:  “buy”, “buyer”, “purchase”, “purchaser”, “sold”, etc., refer to this leasing concept.  LookWhoILove.com retains ownership of all pixels on the website at all times.  Purchasing pixels on LookWhoILove.com does not entitle the buyer to any ownership of the website or company.
• Purchasers of pixels are granted the right to submit an image, link, and text to be displayed in conjunction with pixels purchased.  Purchasers may change the image, link, and text corresponding to their pixels at any time, simply by submitting a new image, link, and/or text.  This process is referred to as “managing your pixels”.
• All submissions of images, links, and text will be subject to LookWhoILove.com’s approval process, detailed below.
• Pixels are leased for one (1) year (365 days), after which time they will expire.  Expired pixels will have any associated image, link, and text removed, and the pixels will be returned to the pixel pool available to all purchasers.
• Pixels are sold in blocks of 100 pixels (10 pixels x 10 pixels).
• The minimum purchase is one 10 x 10 block (100 pixels).
• Pixels may be purchased in one of several categories (please see the Categories pull-down menu on the home page).  Each category has its own dedicated web page.  Additional categories may be added at the discretion of LookWhoILove.com.
• Once purchased, pixels may not be moved to a different category.

REFUND POLICY

• Once a purchaser’s image, link, and/or text have been approved and published to the web site (referred to as the pixels “going live”), no refund shall be given for any reason.
• Prior to a purchaser’s pixels “going live”, a request for refund will be considered on an individual basis.  LookWhoILove.com is not obligated to grant any refunds.

APPROVAL OF PIXEL “CONTENT” (IMAGES, LINKS, AND TEXT)

• All submitted pixel content will be subject to approval before “going live”.  LookWhoILove.com shall be the sole arbiter in decisions relating to the appropriateness of pixel content, and all decisions shall be final.  Appropriateness of linked websites and images will also be considered in the determination.
• While LookWhoILove.com will make every attempt to prevent the approval of inappropriate pixel content, LookWhoILove.com is not responsible for any inappropriate content that may appear on the website, or that may appear through a linked image or website.  Anyone who discovers inappropriate content is encouraged to inform LookWhoILove.com so that the matter may be addressed as needed.
• If a purchaser’s initial submission of pixel content is rejected, the purchaser may submit alternative content.  However, continued attempts to submit inappropriate content shall be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions, and the purchaser may be required to forfeit those pixels involved, without refund, at the sole discretion of LookWhoILove.com.
• If, after approval and publication of pixel content, a linked website or image is changed to include content deemed inappropriate by LookWhoILove.com, this shall be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions, and the purchaser may be required to forfeit those pixels involved, without refund, at the sole discretion of LookWhoILove.com.
• No content will be accepted that is deemed by LookWhoILove.com to be pornographic, obscene, indecent, or otherwise offensive.
• No content will be accepted that promotes any illegal activity or hate speech/imagery.
• It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that he or she has the proper authority to submit their particular pixel content.  LookWhoILove.com shall not be responsible for verifying that such authority exists.
• Advertising will only be accepted for pixels in the designated “Ad Grids”.  Pixels in the “Love Grids” will not be allowed to contain images or text that could be construed as advertising for a product, and will not be allowed to link to commercial websites.
• Pixel content in the “Love Grids” must be appropriate for the specific page category where the pixels reside.  For example, pixel content for pixels on the “Pets and Furry Companions” page must not be touting your favorite sports team.  The reason for this is that advertisers who purchase space on this page are likely trying to target pet owners, not sports fans, and this would not give them the best value for their advertising dollars.
• Images must be in GIF, JPG, or PNG format.  Animated GIFs are supported for mouse-over content, but are not supported as images for your pixel block(s).
• Sound files will not be approved for mouse-over content because of potential file size and loading time issues.
• Pixel content will be evaluated for approval within 48-72 hours from time of submission.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• You agree that use of this website is at your sole risk. Our websites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.  LookWhoILove.com and any of its affiliates or agents cannot and do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information, materials, and services available through our websites or any linked websites.  We do not guarantee our sites to be error-free, secure, continuously available or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• LookWhoILove.com and any of its affiliates or agents make no warranty regarding any goods or services referred to, advertised on, or obtained through our websites or any linked websites.
• Under no circumstances will LookWhoILove.com or any of its affiliates or agents be liable to anyone for any damages arising out of the use of our websites, including, without limitation, liability for consequential, special, incidental, indirect, or similar damages, even if we are advised beforehand of the possibility of such damages. You agree that the liability of LookWhoILove.com or any of its affiliates or agents, if any, arising out of any kind of legal claim in any way connected to our websites will not exceed the amount you paid to us to use the sites.
• You agree not to take any legal action against LookWhoILove.com or any of its affiliates or agents that relates to or arises out of any of our websites without first (a) sending us, via registered mail or national overnight courier service, a detailed written description of the facts and law out of which your claim arises; and (b) negotiating with us, in good faith, for not less than 30 days, toward resolution of the dispute.

• Any personally identifiable information you give when registering with LookWhoILove.com is accessible only by LookWhoILove.com unless specifically stated otherwise.
• This information will only be used for purposes related directly to this website, such as contacting you concerning an order.
• LookWhoILove.com does not share this information with any other company or private individual.
